Orders will not be canceled unless we are notified within 1 hour of purchase, irrespective of if the item has shipped or not. 

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped double boxed to make certain that your shoes and shoe box arrive safely to you. Once an item is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for your order. You’ll be able to track the order through the USPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the USPS tracking information to update.

Domestic

All domestic orders are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days except for any delays caused by USPS. Any order valued at $750 and over, will ship with signature required. If you want signature confirmation and your order is under $750, it is very important contact us and pay for that yourself. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct Right through the purchase process. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

International

All international shipments are handled by the eBay International Shipping Program. All shipping costs and import fees are established by eBay and we cannot change them. We also cannot undervalue packages for customs or send items via different services and products. We only ship to countries that are part of the eBay International Shipping Program.

Return Policy

Domestic

For domestic purchases, you may also return your items within 14 days of purchase. Items should be returned in the same condition as described when purchased (brand new and unworn) and include all materials that were included when you to begin with received the item. The best way to do this is through eBay’s no hassle return system that may be opened through the buyer dashboard. For all returns, the buyer is responsible for the price of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We suggest that you ship returns back via a trusted service that is trackable. We also ask that you include a note with your eBay username, email, and note stating that you wish to return. Once we get the item back, we can inspect it and issue a refund minus the 15% restocking fee. You should also approve the cancel transaction request so that it will be sent once we receive the return.

International

The international return policy is equal to the domestic, except for you are responsible for both shipping costs and any import/customs fees that we incur.

Exchange Policy

In order to do an exchange for a different size, you should first purchase the new item you prefer to and then return the item that did not fit. We don’t hold sizes for exchanges. You are also responsible for any difference in price between the two items.
