This durable resin fountain is carved to look like a a mysterious cave with a waterfall. The soothing sounds it creates will have you relaxing in no time! The electric pump enables the gently flowing water to waft from the top tier all the way down to the bottom pool where it then recirculates back through the fountain. The fountain features padded feet, natural coloring, splash guards and an LED light.

It is at all times our intent to process and ship out orders as quickly as imaginable. Please see below for some commonly asked questions in relation to shipping.
Where will you ship?
The information here is primarily for Ground Shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States and Canada. We also can ship most items to AK and HI.
How long will it take to get to me once it has shipped?
If you are in the 48 Continental United States or Canada, your item will typically take 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx as well as Common Carrier items. Alaska and Hawaii can take a little longer, 4-10 business days is common. Please do not count weekends. UPS will not deliver on Saturday, On the other hand FedEx does in some residential areas if shipping ground.
Will I incur any additional fees shipping to Canada?
Yes, typically You’re going to be charged a brokerage charge for shipping to Canada. We aren’t responsible for any brokerage charges on any packages shipping to Canada. Those charges come from a combination of Canadian Customs and the shipping companies, like UPS and FedEx. We cannot keep watch over these costs as they don’t seem to be charges that SerenityHealth charges.
We only charge the regular Shipping & Handling charge. On top of that, generally, the higher the value of the item, the higher the brokerage charge, and we haven’t any way of knowing how much those brokerage charges are. So, if your package is shipping to Canada, you may wish to believe this before you place your order.
With larger fountains that ship LTL (common carrier), a broker may be needed. We can contact you to get your broker information at the time of your order. If you don’t have a broker and we have to assign one, there may be additional charges (Approximately $100 or less). We can notify you of these charges before shipping your item if you don’t provide us with broker information. Again, this is only for some large items that ship via Common Carrier.
What shipping method will be used?
We use UPS and FedEx or USPS for delivery of most products. The exception is the larger water fountains over 150 lbs or volume orders. These may ship Common Carrier.
Where will my product ship from?
We are located in Wisconsin. Some of our products are shipped from our own warehouse here, and some are shipped from our associated warehouses in California, Oregon, Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, and Louisiana.
When will my order be processed?
Generally, your order will be processed the next business day from the day you placed it. We can process any orders that come in on a business day before 2:00PM CST the same business day. Any orders that come into us on Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday will be processed the Next Business Day.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Most of our items ship out of our warehouse here in WI so when we ship We can use your email address in the shipping software to generate an automated email to you. If you don’t see one be sure to check your junk or spam folders.
What if my product is damaged in transit?
Shipping damage rarely occurs but if you do see damage of your product you must report it right away, within 24-48 hours of receiving your item.

We are confident You’re going to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with the product you ordered, you’ll be able to have confidence that you’ll be able to return or exchange your product within 30 days of receipt of your item.
HOLIDAY GIFTS HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER THE HOLIDAY TO RETURN, NOT FROM PURCHASE DATE
All returned items must be in new, unused condition and packaged in the original packaging. All product parts, instruction manuals, cards etc. must be returned to receive your full credit. If any of the above is not included you may incur an additional restocking charge. You’re going to receive your refund once we receive the item back and it is inspected for damages.
Items may incur a restocking fee depending on the item. Please call for specific details on the product you are purchasing. Depending on the item there may be not be a fee if returned in new, resalable condition in their proper packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and parts. Your refund for these items will be the full purchase price of the product less any shipping costs incurred. Although the item has free shipping we incurred shipping costs to get the item to you so We can deduct this cost from your refund.
Defective Product:
In the unlikely event you receive your item with a defect you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and We can replace the item or defective part at no extra charge to you.
Damages:
Shipping damage rarely occurs but if you do see damage of your product you must report it right away, within 24-48 hours of receiving your item.
Price-Match
You as a customer are very important to us, and we would in reality like you to be satisfied. So, if you see something you need to purchase and find it at a lower price elsewhere, just contact us, and We can do everything we possibly can to match or beat that price.
Include The TOTAL Price:
The price we are looking to match or beat is the combination of the actual price of the item, plus the shipping & handling costs. So, when you give us the competitor’s price, include the product price plus their S&H, and any taxes they are charging. It is very imaginable that when you add all of that up, our total price may already be better than theirs. But if that’s not the case, then We can match or beat their total price if it is reasonable.
In Order To Match or Beat The Price…
We wish to know which company is offering that price and for how much. If it’s another online dealer, we wish to see that price on their web site, or a written agreement that they offered you that price. That agreement can even be in an email they sent to you. As long as you’ll be able to provide us with this necessary information, we will be able to match or beat their price, which is what we would find irresistible to do for you.

We reserve the right to *Not* match or beat a competitor’s price if their price is so ridiculously low, that we make little or no profit on the transaction.
