Returns
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days, in its original “new” condition. All returns will have to be received within 30 days of original receipt date.
All returns are for credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri with the exception of holidays) upon receipt of your product(s). Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. In the event of an error on our behalf We will be able to provide a pre-paid return label via-email for return shipment. Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with your order. All items will have to be returned in the shipping box/material they arrived in.
Please note: Used items, Special Order Items & Sharpened Ice Skates aren’t eligible for a return.
Shipping
Outdoor Sport Deals currently only ships to the lower 48 United States. Outdoor Sport Deals ships via UPS and UPS Surepost for a number of the lower 48 United States. The shipment method may vary on your locations and may be delivered by UPS or USPS based on your location and item(s). Our shipping price is a flat rate which covers the cost to package and ship your items.
Estimated Order Processing and Transit Times: Most order leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Alternatively, some items may take longer especially for larger/More than one item orders. More than one item orders can also be shipped in More than one shipments on different days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee order processing times or shipping transit times as they may be able to vary because of many issues outside of our keep watch over.
Oversized Item Shipping (Kayaks, Roof Top Boxes, and Other Oversized Items): Oversized items are shipped via Freight Carriers and rates are based on weight, brand and destination. Oversized items are only available for freight shipment to the 48 contiguous states.
We cannot ship oversized items to Military, PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico addresses.
Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Michigan. 6% sales tax applies to all Michigan residents. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside of Michigan.
International Shipping
At this time we are only shipping within the United States. If you’re the use of a forwarding service to send items outside of the United States, we aren’t responsible for any issues stemming from this process. We will be able to not be responsible for shipping fees involved in returns from outside the United States.!
