Renogy offers free shipping for all domestic (lower 48 states) orders. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day once the payment is received. Please note that we will not be able to process any order with PO Box address for any size of solar panel. Upon shipment a tracking number will be provided for you. If your order arrives with apparent damage, please note it with the delivery company very quickly, and then contact us so we will take action accordingly. If you later discover missing items or defective units, contact us right away and we will provide assistance as soon as imaginable.

If making a decision to go back your purchase Renogy will allow for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Any return submitted for a refund could also be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Anything outdoor of this policy requires special authorization.

Please note: Renogy will waive the 10% restocking fee and pay the shipping costs for the following return reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product does not match advertising, received unsuitable product, or product was once an extra item not ordered. For any other reasons, customers are responsible with shipping fees.

Note: If item is outsourced from another company, customer will have to contact original manufacturing company for warranty information regarding damages.
