Once an order has been placed it approximately takes shoezooshoes 1 to 3 business days to process an order.
The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order.

Orders ship Monday through Friday only. shoezooshoes recognizes most national holidays. All the way through those days
our shipping department will be closed and no orders will be processed or shipped.

Shoezooshoes is happy to offer expedited Services and products. Any expedited orders placed and paid after 3 PM EST
(noon PST) on Friday will not ship until the following business day (Monday).

We cannot change any parts of the order (i.e. the shipping address, sizes, style, color, shipping method, and the like).
USPS is prohibited and will not make any address changes; subsequently, be sure that you are providing with accurate
and complete shipping address. In addition, be sure that you are ordering the correct size, style and color.
We try to ship as fast as We will be able to and once we ship, We will be able to not stop delivery for any cancellation or improper
shipping address or item. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order confirmation once the order
is placed. If you find any parts of your order improper, you will have to contact us immediately.

Estimated Delivery Date
Once we receive your payment through PayPal, We will be able to process and ship your order; most often within 1-3 business days.
Normal delivery time for Priority International Mail packages is 10-30 business days, depending on the final destination.
Please note that the Postal Services and products make no delivery guarantees.

Payments
We will be able to only accept PayPal as form of payment for all International orders. To establish a PayPal account, please
visit www.paypal.com.

All product cost are in United States Dollars (USD); Alternatively, on your Pay Pal account will show your local currency
and the currency conversion rates are based on the day you made payment. Please pay promptly through your Pay Pal
account to verify the availability of the size and styles and to avoid any delays.

We will be able to combine shipping for multiple items. We will be able to allow the maximum of 4 qty per order/shipment. Please send us
an email or request for an invoice for combine shipping cost.

International Taxes and Duty Fees
The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees that may be charged upon delivery.
Other additional fees which may apply could be for:

• Refusal of package upon delivery for any reason
• Abandonment of package at the postal office because of unpaid duty fees and taxes
• Invalid address provided by the customer
• Failed attempts to deliver by the postal carrier
• Decline to pay duty fees and taxes upon pick-up or delivery
• Customs rejection because of restriction and rules of the destination country

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all international orders. We will be able to not
accept returns for any international orders. Also we are unable to offer exchanges. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please be sure that you are ordering the correct size, style and color and your shipping address is accurate before making
the final payment. We are sorry but we cannot change the shoe size or any a part of the order once the order has been received.

Sales Tax
Shoezooshoes is a California based company and by California law we are required to collect sales tax from California residents.
Whilst most states have differing laws on the manner in which e-commerce sales are collected in their state, shoezooshoes is only
required to collect sales tax from California residents. Please check online for applicable laws in your state of residence.

Our goal is for your purchase to meet or exceed your expectations. Alternatively, will have to you not be completely satisfied We will be able to
gladly accept the return. Simply follow the steps listed on the Return Receipt originally included with your order.

Return Policy

• Returns will have to be received within 30 days of delivery date.
• Return products will have to be in new/unworn condition and in the original shoe box.
• Returns not in new condition are subject to refusal.
• Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of date received.
• Original shipping is non-refundable.
• Return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
• A 10% per item restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless the product is defective or the return is the direct result of a shoezoo error.
• International sales are final.
