How long will have to I wait before I receive my order?

In-Stock Non-Freight Items

We ship the product right away from our warehouse. Most items ship by UPS and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.

In-Stock Freight Delivery

Some large, heavy or bulky and Furniture products require delivery by truck/motor freight. Those items are marked with the truck icon. These items ship from our warehouse and depending to your location you will have to receive a call to set up a delivery appointment within 3-7 business days.

All truck/motor freight deliveries are to the first door of the building only. Delivery service is to be had Monday-Friday right through normal business hours. Delivery times are in most cases scheduled within a 4-hour window.

The carrier will call you right away to schedule an appointment, so please provide us with a daytime phone number when ordering.

Report any discrepancy or damaged product within 24 hours to our Customer Products and services Department M-F 8am to 6pm CST. You will have to retain the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection, differently a claim, replacement or refund can’t be honored. Please send us message for more info.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, it will have to be returned to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that you’re answerable for the secure return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has been shipped. Customized orders and personalized items are non-refundable. Please contact us right away for damaged products received.

Simple Procedure

Repack items carefully in the original packing materials with the return form (at the back of your invoice) and prepay shipping. In your protection, returned packages will have to be insured for the value of your merchandise. We can issue a refund back to PayPal.
