How long will have to I wait before I receive my order?

In-Stock Non-Freight Items

We ship the product instantly from our warehouse. Most items ship by UPS and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.

In-Stock Freight Delivery

Some large, heavy or bulky and Furniture products require delivery by truck/motor freight. Those items are marked with the truck icon. These items ship from our warehouse and depending on your location you will have to receive a call to set up a delivery appointment within 3-7 business days.

All truck/motor freight deliveries are to the first door of the building only. Delivery service is to be had Monday-Friday all through normal business hours. Delivery times are usually scheduled within a 4-hour window.

The carrier will call you instantly to schedule an appointment, so please provide us with a daytime phone number when ordering.

Simple Procedure

Repack items carefully in the original packing materials with the return form (at the back of your invoice) and prepay shipping. For your protection, returned packages should be insured for the value of your merchandise. We can issue a refund back to PayPal.
