Canceling or Changing an Order
Once you submit an order, you will have to email Mattel Customer Service through eBay Messaging to attempt to cancel or change it. We are unable to honor requests once orders have entered the shipping process.
Shipping and Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing fees are posted with each item and include the price of processing your order, handling and packaging your items, and delivering them to their final destination. Surcharges may apply to larger items or orders shipping to remote locations.
Delivery Time Estimate
• Orders on a regular basis ship from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. federal holidays.
• We ship orders to U.S. destinations including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses only.
• Shipments to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are through the US Postal Service.
• Tracking information is normally sent within a day of order shipment.
• We currently offer Standard, Expedited and Next Day shipping options. Processing times vary depending on items in your order and your shipping destination. Free Shipping promotions apply to Standard Shipping only.

Return Policy
• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mattel’s eBay store, You can also return your selection with original proof of purchase for a right away refund (less shipping and processing) within 30 days of receipt.
• Your item(s) will have to be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging.
• If an item is sold as a set, individual components of the set might not be returned for a refund.
• You will have to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Mattel Customer Service through eBay Messaging before returning your product.
• Refunds are processed through PayPal and are for the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable sales tax only. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients.
How to Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mattel’s eBay store and your product is in its complete original box, please email Mattel Customer Service through eBay Messaging to request an RMA number and instructions on how to print a mailing label (return shipping not included). We can not accept any returns without an RMA and all unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
Defective Products
If you receive a rare defective item, please email Mattel Customer Service through eBay Messaging to request an RMA and to discuss options.
Packing and Sending Your Return
1) Once you receive your RMA label by email, print the label.
2) Pack the items securely in a corrugated shipping box. You can also re-use your original shipping box if all old shipping labels and barcodes are removed.
3) Seal the box and affix the RMA label securely to the outside of the box.
4) Send your return to us the use of an insured, trackable ship method. We can not issue refunds for products not received, nor do we accept packages sent COD.
Return Confirmation
• Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt in our warehouse.
• You'll receive notification through eBay confirming your return has been received and processed. You might also log into your My eBay account to confirm your return was once received and processed.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card commentary.
Undeliverable Shipments
When packages are returned to us as undeliverable, We can attempt to contact you by email to obtain a different shipping address to re-ship the order. If we are unable to contact you, We can process a refund.
