Please needless to say if you need to go back or exchange an item purchased throughout the return policy period, you will have to contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number.

In order to care for our exceptionally low prices, in addition to the quality of our watches, most timepieces purchased from Timepiecetrading Inc.(apart from when marked “Final Sale”) could also be returned in their original, unused condition, within 7 days of original delivery date for a refund. We refund the customer in full with the same method that the payment was once received apart from for our shipping cost. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers will have to be intact and never got rid of. If the watch is a special order, which you’ll be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There’s no return policy for special orders.

No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please email or call us prior to returning your item, for a return authorization number. All returns are subject to our approval and acceptance. No returns will be authorized after 14 days of your receipt of merchandise.

Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the shipping receipts for your records. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
