Komarov utilizes the finest natural and man-made fabric blends, most of which are from meticulously selected yarns and created specifically for Komarov before undergoing the line’s special pleating process. Each piece is hand printed so no two are exactly the same.

FIT

Each Komarov piece conforms or expands to fit the body so the fit is uniquely your own. Komarov has made pleating relevant to modern lifestyles with fabrications that provide the unbeatable fit. Though strict quality control is imposed for manufacturing consistency, the process itself produces slight variations that make each garment almost one of a kind.

EASY TO CARE FOR

The collection is hand or machine washable, and wrinkle-free. Ideal for the busy business or leisure traveler who wants to look chic at a moment’s notice without the need for dry cleaning and ironing. Perfect for weddings, cruises, and many events as it is a space-saver and lightweight for packing.

GENERAL

Please keep in mind that Komarov clothing is unique and mainly hand-made, so one item could be a little different from another in the way the print applied, or the pleating formed, or the items might have a slight color hue differentiation. This is not a defect but the way the items are made.

Please understand that it is hard to take an exact picture of a reflective fabric, and please refer to the color named in the description. Professional stock photos usually provide more accurate color and style representation. I try to provide stock photos when available.

Please note, I also use some stock photos to show how the item looks like style-wise when the color is different. I do make a note when I use the stock photo for style representation only.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped in padded envelope Priority Mail.

I do my best shipping the same day if the order is placed before noon Monday – Friday. If the order is placed on Friday afternoon I will try to ship it Saturday per special request only. All orders placed Friday afternoon-Sunday are shipped on Monday.

I do combine two orders in one shipping if requested prior to payment.

I do expect to receive your payment within two days. Please contact me if you have any special circumstances.

RETURNS

I do not accept returns at this time. Please make your responsible decision to purchase an item based on this policy.

I try my best to deliver an item to you that has not been shipped to someone else and returned prior to being sold to you.

I am attaching the manufacturers’ size guide to my every listing but I advise you to know your size in Komarov clothing before placing an order. Due to different types of pleating and styles, you might be more comfortable wearing a smaller size or a larger size than your usual size. Please do know your size before bidding. It is really hard for me to advise you on the size that you need as I have not seen you in person. Please do understand that.

ABOUT THE SELLER

I am selling exclusively Komarov line. I am familiar with Komarov clothing since the company was established in 1997. I know and love this brand. I would be happy to give you my advice and recommendation on fabrics, prints, and styling. Please feel free to contact me with ALL your questions. I am trying to do my best to reply as soon as I get your email ( even on the weekends, but sometimes with a bit of delay).

Please be confident that all my items are authentic and come from the Komarov factory in Los Angeles. Most of them are manufacturer’s overstock with occasional store returns, manufacturer’s samples, or runway and photoshoots merchandise. They all have clear manufacturer’s label. Some items have been tried on at the trunk shows but have the same condition as they would have at a department store being tried by customers.

I inspect all my items carefully before posting and shipping, and I give a very accurate description of an item if anything needs your attention. I take photos of every item before shipping and I try to do my best to post the most accurate photos with my listings. If there is an occasional mistake I make, I really appreciate you contact me immediately to resolve the issue.
